Overview
No install is needed for this one: it calls ollama.com directly with an API key. If you want models on your own computer instead, see the Ollama guide.
Get a key
- 1Sign in at ollama.com.
- 2Open Settings → Keys and choose Add API Key. Name it.
- 3Copy the key. Keys do not expire, and you can revoke them any time.
Cost. There is a free tier for light use, with limits; see Ollama’s pricing page for paid plans.
Add it to Loom
- 1Open Loom, then Providers in the menu, and choose Add provider.
- 2Pick Ollama Cloud (the search box finds it).
- 3Fill in the fields in the table below.
- 4Choose Connect. Loom checks the key and says how many models it found. If it cannot check, it says so, and you can Save anyway and try a message.
- 5Open the model chip below the message box and pick a model.
